Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 June 2026
1. Who we are and accepting these terms.
Gamewatch ("Gamewatch", "we") is operated by LN Conding AB, a company registered in Sweden. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. What Gamewatch is.
Gamewatch aggregates games-industry coverage, generates AI-written summaries of that coverage with attribution and links to the original sources, and provides a release and events calendar, a Watchlist for tracking studios/people/games, trend data, and (on paid tiers) custom feeds. Features available to you depend on your tier.
3. Your account.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. One account per person. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use.
Don’t scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Gamewatch’s own output (including our summaries, clusters, and data) without permission. Don’t try to circumvent tier limits, disrupt the service, or access it through automated means beyond normal use. We may apply rate limits.
5. Intellectual property.
The original articles Gamewatch links to remain the property of their respective publishers — Gamewatch claims no ownership of them and provides an attribution link to the source on every item. Gamewatch’s own materials (its summaries, interface, and branding) belong to Gamewatch. “Gamewatch” and its logo are our marks.
6. Third-party content and links.
Gamewatch points to and summarises content published by others and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those outlets. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party content, and a link is not an endorsement. Summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors — always check the linked source.
7. Subscriptions and billing.
Paid tiers (Premium, Pro, and Team plans) are billed monthly or annually as shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered in the next section. Joining a team cancels your existing personal subscription, disclosed to you before you accept.
8. Refunds.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial transaction. To get it, cancel your subscription from your subscription settings within that window — the refund is issued to your original payment method automatically (it can take a few days to appear). If you cancel after those 14 days, future billing stops but the current period isn’t prorated or refunded. If for any reason you can’t complete a refund this way, contact us and we’ll help; approved refunds are processed within one week.
9. Service provided “as is.”
Gamewatch is an early-stage side project provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of summaries, trends, or any data, and nothing on Gamewatch is financial, investment, or professional advice. Don’t rely on it as your sole source for decisions.
10. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamewatch disclaims all liability for any claim, loss, injury, or damages of any kind, including indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the website, Services, or any data provided. This disclaimer applies whether the basis of the liability is a claim in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
11. Termination.
You can stop using Gamewatch and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. What happens to your data on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes.
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
