Nothing is deleted. Your tracked terms and history are kept — you simply lose access to the paid views until you upgrade again. Re-subscribe and everything is where you left it.
Joining a team moves you onto that team's plan and cancels your existing personal subscription — you'll be told this clearly before you accept, never after. Your Watchlist data carries over.
